• Is our DMC a fully registered travel agency?

Yes, in accordance with Moroccan legislation, our DMC holds a full license as a registered travel agency. As such, agencies like Activ'Travel Morocco are the only organizations authorized to provide travel and DMC services.

• Is our DMC fully insured?

Yes, our DMC holds professional civil liability insurance that guarantees coverage for all damages combined up to 1 million US dollars per year.

• Does our DMC have risk assessment and health and safety procedures in place?

Yes, we always conduct a security level inspection and risk assessment ahead of the event. We also review security procedures at hotels and various venues/locations that will be visited during the event. Furthermore, Activ'Travel Morocco has the ability to obtain total commitment from local authorities to implement procedures that guarantee the security and safety of our clients.

• Is our DMC socially engaged?

Yes, Activ'Travel Morocco is very much involved in developing CSR projects and has had several experiences in the past. We believe that this is an excellent way to share some of the wealth that tourism brings to the country.

• Does our DMC have a strict selection process for third-party suppliers?

Yes, our process is based on the length of time the supplier has been in business, the condition of their equipment, and their safety record. We only work with fully licensed and insured suppliers that can provide services of the highest quality. We commit ourselves to being fiscally responsible towards our suppliers and paying all deposits and invoices in a timely manner.
